Khushboo, when she was single, had a series of rumors floating around about her. She then fell in love with and got married to director Sundar C. She now has two daughters, a successful film production company and her husband has made a switch from directing to acting.
Ever since they started working on their new film, rumors have started that not everything is fine in Khushboo's household.
The film had Sundar C as the hero. Its heroine was a newcomer from Malaysia. She also happens to be a distant relative of Khushboo's. Sundar C was so impressed by her performance in the film that he has now started to recommend her to other filmmakers. If that was not enough, he also has insisted that she be the heroine of his new film too.
This has now sparked off rumors that the actress-turned-film producer is not happy with her husband's newfound fondness for her relative.
