    Roast Beef

    Roasted beef recipe for Beef lovers.


    Ingredients:
    Beef - 1 Kg
    White Wine - 1/2 Litre
    Celery Stick (Chopped) - 1
    Onion chopped - 1
    Carrot (Chopped) - 1
    Garlic Clove (Chopped) - 1
    Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Litre
    Sage - To Taste
    Rosemary - To Taste
    Black Pepper - To Taste
    Salt - To Taste

    Directions...
    Place all the vegetables in an overproof dish with the vegetable oil.
    Then season the meat and place onto an over tray with the sage and rosemary.
    Roast in a hot oven.
    Flip the meat in every ten minutes and after 30 minutes, remove it from the oven.
    Add wine and return for approximately 2 hours at 180 Celcius.
