A man was stabbed after confronting a group of six youths who threw a cricket ball at his car in Pudsey.The 46-year-old victim was attacked from behind after he got out of the vehicle to challenge the group on Fairfield Avenue.
He suffered two stab wounds and was punched in the assault on Tuesday evening, West Yorkshire Police said.
The man received hospital treatment and was released. Anyone with information is asked to contact the force.
