A former nightclub doorman has appeared in court accused of the kidnap and murder of teenager Milly Dowler.Levi Bellfield, 41, is alleged to have kidnapped the schoolgirl in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, in 2002.
Mr Bellfield is accused of killing the 13-year-old before dumping her body in Yateley Heath, Hampshire.
Mr Bellfield, originally from West Drayton, west London, appeared by video link at Staines Magistrates Court earlier.
