Gordon Brown is campaigning in Wales for the first time during the 2010 general election campaign.Beginning his visit with a question and answer session at the Swalec stadium in Cardiff, the Prime Minister said Labour had never been complacent about Wales.
He said Labour has to persuade voters in Wales that they have the right policies for the recovery and for jobs.
Mr Brown is expected to move onto Newport later. Conservatives said David Cameron has visited Wales twice so far.
