Customs officials raided a site at Hannahstown on the outskirts of west Belfast.
Customs officials have seized nearly 12,000 litres of illicit diesel and arrested four men in raids in west Belfast and County Armagh.
They discovered what they described as a "huckster site" in the Hannahstown area outside Belfast, which was selling cheap fuel.
In County Armagh, they found underground tanks containing thousands of litres of laundered green diesel.
Two vehicles and cash were also seized.
