Ed Miliband has accused David Cameron of making a series of "broken promises" as the two men clashed in Parliament for the last time in 2010.
The Labour leader said pledges on NHS funding, child benefit, knife crime and support for poor students had been either ditched or could not be met.
Mr Cameron said he was "confident" health spending would rise every year.
And he said Labour had begun and ended 2010 with a "dithering" leader and "no answers on the economy".
