The eighth edition of the Inter-Information Technology Football Championship Trophy will see some interesting clashes at the Range Hills Ground, Khadki this weekend.
In today's matches, Symphony Services, who are at the bottom in Group 'B' having lost all of their matches, will look to get some consolation points against Starent-Marvell, who need a win to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the next round.
The second match of the day will see Symantec take on Infosys in Group 'A'. Placed 4 th and 3 rd respectively, Infosys with 8 points from 4 matches, are currently one point ahead of their opponents in the table, a situation the Symantec team will be hoping to reverse in a crucial game for both sides.
Cognizant, at fifth place, are just outside the qualifying zone because of goal difference, and will hope they can leapfrog Symantec and Infosys into the top-four with a win over Cybage.
Another highly anticipated clash will be the match between Wipro and Amdocs, with both teams having a good run in the tournament, and it remains to be seen who will manage to come out on top and gain the upper hand in the race for qualification.
