Hyderabad, Jun 22 (PTI) Yanam Tigers and Chennai Spikers today registered straight-set victories over Kerala Killers and Maratha Warriors on the third day of the final leg of Indian Volley League (IVL) here today.
Yanam Tigers, who have been on a high following their win over title favourites Chennai Spikers, trounced Kerala Killers 25-20 25-20 25-15 at the Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy Indoor stadium.
In the second match of the day, Chennai Spikers, who are atop the points table, defeated Maratha Warriors in just 30 minutes.
The Chennai outfit registered an easy 25-16 25-17 25-19 win over the Warriors.
Results: Yanam Tigers beat Kerala Killers 25-20 25-20 25-15; Chennai Spikers beat Maratha Warriors 25-16 25-17 25-19.
