Here is the full DVD of the 2009 VBB lecture held at the Brighton Centre in the UK.
Highlight of the talk was getting a chance to grill Robbie Hazeley about his 2008 contest season (he became the over 50's Mr UK, the over 50's Mr Great Britain & came 7th in the Mr World over 50's class).
Anyone interested in adding mass without animal products, or just wanting to get some variety into their diet might find this of interest.
I didn't agree 100% with what Robbie said (taking B-vits at night & the bit about leucine not being effective if not used with the other BCAA are two that come to mind)...but then like any other speaker you take away what you find useful.
