11 securitymen feared killed in Maoist attack in Orissa

Koraput (Orissa): About eleven security personnel were feared killed when their vehicle was hit by a landmine explosion triggered by Maoists in Orissa's Koraput district today, police said. The van carrying jawans of the elite anti-naxalite Special Operation Group (SOG) was proceeding for an operation when the landmine laid by ultras went off at Tanginiguda in Baipariguda area, about 55 km from here, they said.
