Kochi: The High Court has ruled that the state govt or any government company should not have any tie-up with any Islamic bank. The ruling comes following former Union minister and Janata party president Dr Subramaniyan Swamy filing a petition against the bank. He was present in the court and he argued personally in the case. Following the hearing the HC ruled against the bank.
