Thiruvananthapuram: The LDF meet which was convened here on Saturday decided to induct PC Thomas group, a breakaway faction of Kerala Congress (Joseph), in its fold .Though RSP and CPI opposed vehemently against the move, it was the strong stand of CPM which helped Thomas. But the meet has not taken any decision on alotting ministerial berth to PC group. The final decision on giving ministerial post to Surendran Pillai will be taken after detailed discussion. The meet also postponed the decision on admitting INL and NCP to the LDF fold. Meanwhile as per the direction CPM, PC Thomas not attended the meet which was convened for the first time after P J Joseph left LDF
