Land for all adivasis: VS
Thiruvananthapuram: V S Achuthanandhan said that he would make Kerala the first state where the whole of adivasis would get land and house. He also added that adivasis play a great role in curbing poaching and protect the forests. He was speaking at the inauguration of the forest development agency under the Forest Department here on Thursday. He said that during the 4 year rule of the government, the forest area has increased by 8 percent in the state which itself is a great achievement.
