Bangalore:The Karnataka High Court today adjourned to July 29 rpt July 29 the hearing of anticipatory bail plea of Kerala People's Democratic Party leader Abdul Naseer Madani, an accused in the 2008 Bangalore blasts. When the case came up for hearing before Justice N Ananda, public prosecutor H S Chandramouli sought time to file objections. Justice Ananada then adjourned the hearing of the anticipatory bail plea to July 29 rpt July 29.
On July 9, a fast track court had dismissed Madani's plea on the grounds that there was no prima facie case to grant him anticipatory bail. Madani and 31 others were charge sheeted for their alleged involvement in the blasts on July 25, 2008 here that left a woman dead and 20 others injured.
