Thiruvananthapuram:V Surendran Pillai of Kerala Congress PC Thomas faction will be sworn in on Tuesday. Governor R S Gavai will administer the oath at a function to be held at Raj Bhavan at 11.30 am. It is reported that V Surendran Pillai might get the port and parliamentary affairs portfolio handled by Sports minister M Vijayakumar.
