Madani files petition to cancel charge sheet
Bangalore: PDP Chairman Abdul Naser Madani on Friday filed a fresh plea in Karnataka High Court seeking cancellation of the charge sheet in connection with Bangalore blast case. Madani also asked to include the Kerala government as one party in the case. The plea would be considered by the High Court on Monday His earlier plea to HC seeking anticipatory bail was rejected . Madani in his plea alleged that he was been charge sheeted without following the proper rules and regulations.Madani had been named the 31st accused in the list submitted by the police to the Metropolitan Court here, on the account of which a non-bailable warrant has been issued against him.
