Thiruvananthapuram: Two women were killed in rain related incidents as heavy rain lashed the city and suburbs leading
to flooding in low lying areas late last night. While one died at Killimanour, another died at Pallode in the district following landslips. The vicitms were identifed as Satiyabama (52) and Beevi (81), police said.
Water entered many houses in Kaladi, Vellakadavu and Backery Junction near the city, official sources said.PTI
