    Kottayam: V J Kurian has assumed charge as chairman of Rubber Board as additional charge. Kurian currently chairman of Spices Board, succeeds Sajan Peter who is returning to kerala on completing his tenure of five years, RB sources said today. Kurian had served as collector of Alappuzha, Ernakulam and as managing director of Cochin International Airport. PTI
