Kannur first e-district, inauguration on Dec 17
Kannur: Kannur district is all set to receive the honour of becoming the first e-district in the state. The e-project aims to make the government services available to comman man through the help of information technology. Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan will inaugurate the project on December 17. The e-district project will help the people to avail various kind of certificates via online .Out of the 57 most needed services, the government has included 49 services . Among them 26 are related to revenue section.
