Thiruvananthapuram : A search was carried out in the State Secretariat and the Assembly after a person made a phone call claiming bombs were planted in these places.
Bomb squad and dog squad conducted the search and nothing was found, police said.
They believe the threat to be a hoax.
The call came to the police control room in the afternoon from a mobile owned by a woman.
Investigations were on, they said.
