    Vagamon SIMI camp: NIA gets nod to prosecute accused

    New Delhi: The central government on Tuesday gave permission to the NIA to prosecute the accused in the Vagamon SIMI camp case. There are a total of 30 accused in the case. P A Shaduli, who was earlier held in connection with the Ahmedabad blasts, is the key accused. The NIA got permission to prosecute them on charges of treason, conspiracy, terrorism, communal hatred etc. The report by the NIA also stated that the camp, which was held in 2008, was funded by Pakistan. It also added that Pakistan terror leader Masood Azhar is the key organizer of the camp.
