    81-year-old 'self chronicler' gets into record books

    Kochi: For 81-year-old Abraham Puthuserry creating records is not at all new as he has already succeeded in finding a place in the Limca Book of records for three consecutive years. Born on April 27, 1930, and once an active Congress worker, had started his unique hobby of collecting articles and photographs about himself and by himself since he was 18-years-old.

    His 21 kg album, which is a roll call of his achievements and interests, also includes photographs of him with several eminent personalities, including Mother Teresa, in various publications over the years.

    Mr Puthussery has compiled the original articles and paper cuttings on his activities which appeared in various publications and newspapers in book form, which according to him was the first of its kind.

    The collection includes his photographs along with many prominent living and dead personalities in different parts of the world, including WHO Chairman Vincent D Paul, Former Chief Justice Sikri, UNO President Mike W Ellis and former Indian Presidents, industrialists and other VIPs.
