The Communist Party of India (Marxist) on Saturday congratulated the people of Egypt, its youth in particular, on the “brilliant success'' of their 18-day struggle that forced Hosni Mubarak to quit as President.
Extended its warm greetings to them, the Polit Bureau, in a statement, expressed the hope that the people's aspirations for a “just and democratic order, for constitutional changes, lifting of emergency and establishment of a government through free and fair elections will be met without delay.”
