Former Panchanyat member, lover found dead on railway tracks
Kollam: A former panchayat member and his lover commited suicide after throwing themselves before a train on Monday. The deceased were B S Babu, 44 from Ayathil and his lover Saraswathi, 38, wife of Jagadevan Mulluvila. Babu was a BJP member of Vadakkevila panchyat from 1995-2000. Both are married and have two kids. Babu was in a relationship with Saraswathi for the last one year.They jumped in front of the Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram superfast express at around 6 am on Monday near the Kavalpua junction. Babu's wife had filed a complaint with the Ravipuram police that her husband was missing for the last four days. Saraswathi is related to Babu's wife and both the families clashed over this. Jagadevan also filed a case in a family court against his wife Saraswathi. In this contest the lovers went missing. Subhaja is Babu's wife and Jacky and Aswathi are their kids. Akhil and Aishwarya are Saraswathi's kids.
