101 coconuts for Rajini's well-being
Thrissur: A Rajinikanth fan from Tiruppur, Padayappa Mubarak, broke 101 coconuts in front of Naduvilal Ganapathi Kovil for his hero's wellbeing. Padayappa, an ardent fan of Rajini, who got many favours from the star, was engaged in prayers and pooja ever since news of his ill health came out. Padaayppa is a lottery vendor and is paralyzed below the waist. He earns a livelihood in a three-wheeler. Padyappa had met Rajini three times in Chennai and it was Rajini who gifted him the cycle. The cycle is adorned with Rajini pictures. He came to Kerala 18 years back and is residing in Kochi for 10 years. Padayappa broke101 coconut on hearing that Rajini is fast recuperating. He also wished to break 1001 coconuts on his complete recovery.
