Allegations of possessing illegal wealth against Ramesan
Kasargod: There are allegations that DYFI state treasurer and CPM district commitee member V V Ramesan has incurred crores of wealth under benami names. This was revealed by Aravindan, editor of a Kasargod daily, at a press meet held in Kasargod on Saturday. Ramesan has in his possession over Rs 5.49 crore. Aravindan has also revealed Ramesan's property details at the press meet. Ramesan was earlier in the news for getting a medical seat under the NRI quota at the Pariyaram Medical College for his daughter.
