People throng to have glimpse of Sri Padmanabha
Thiruvananthapuram: After the discovery of treasure at teh Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple, there has been a considerable increase in the number of devotees paying visit to the temple to have a glimpse of the god. Due to heavy rush of devotees, the temple was closed late. Many mediapersons from around the country who reached here after the treasure news was published, have not returned yet. Statistics show that within a week a rise of 10 % in the number of devotees was reported. When the heavy rush was witnessed on Sunday women police force were deployed.
