Latest News from India - Adv Gowrisankar passes away

Palakkad: Noted advocate Adv A Gowrisankar, 69 passed away at a private hospital in Thrissur due to heart attack. He was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and died at 8.45 pm on Monday. Gowrisankar was wheelchair-bound since 1977 after his pet dog bit him 46 years ago. He was not ready to loose his self-confidence. With the support of his wife Lalitha, he fought the odds in his life and became a famous advocate. He even ventured into Himalayas five times with his family. He bought a barren land and converted it into farms and dairy farms.

His children are Adv G Ananthakrishnan and G Subbalakshmi.
