Hyderabad: Kerala will soon enact a Right to Service legislation to usher in transparency and minimise adminsitrative procedures, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said here today.Talking to mediapersons at Somajiguda Press Club here, he said the draft bill was ready and consultations were on with the alliance parties, NGOs Once the bill was adopted, ration card could be delivered on the same day of application to the person concerned if no objections were found, he said.
The services will be delivered on the time-bound basis, the Chief Minister said, adding to create confidence among the public, who were presently fighting corruption, all Cabinet Ministers and personal officers had already announced their assets and they have been shown on government webisite for public view.
