The BJP National Executive saw some sort of birthday procession here on Saturday. After Uttarakhand Chief Minister CB Khanduri’s was presented a bouquet of roses for his birth anniversary on Saturday, somebody pointed out to party chief Nitin Gadkari it was also the birth anniversary of Rajya Sabha MP and former Gujarat BJP chief Purushottam Rupala.
At this point of time senior leader Sushma Swaraj asked if it was anybody else’s birthday and, to surprise of all, over half a dozen BJP leaders raised there hand. The second bouquet of yellow roses then changed hands and all of them were greeted with birthday wishes.
