Key LeT operative slain by J&K forces

Security forces shot dead two militants including a "divisional commander" of the pan-Islamic Lashkar-e-Toiba terror outfit in separate encounters in Pulwama and Kupwara districts of Kashmir Valley on Monday. Police said that Rashtriya Rifles soldiers and a column of J&K police killed the militant in an operation at Supathin village in south Kashmir's Pulwama district on Monday morning following a report that militants were hiding in the area. Abdur Rahman alias Rahman Bhai, was a Pakistani resident.
