FIR filed against Karnataka Minister

Bangalore: The Lokayukta police on Saturday registered an FIR against Irrigation Minister Murugesh Nirani in connection with alleged irregularities in land acquisition. Nirani’s brother HR Nirani and seven others have also been named as accused in the FIR registered following a direction from the Lokayukta court.
