The Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs has recommended that the month-long Winter
Session of Parliament should be convened from November 22 during which some crucial legislations, including the Lokpal Bill, is expected to be introduced.
“The CCPA has decided to recommend to President Pratibha Patil to convene the Session from November 22 to December 23,” Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal said.
