CBI, special police team visit Pipar on Bhanwari trail
The CBI sleuths and members of the special police team formed by the Rajasthan Government for tracing the nurse,on Saturday went to Pipar, where the last location of Bhanwari Devi’s mobile was found soon after her abduction on September 1. The special police team constituted to help the CBI is being headed by DIG Giriraj Meena.
While, the CBI team was waiting for the opinion of experts of AIIMS Delhi about the health condition of Mahipal Maderna, his family members reached Mathura Das Mathur Hospital around 9.30 in the night and took him away without informing the hospital authorities.
Later, the doctors prepared a discharge slip to set their record straight. Mahipal Maderna was admitted in the ICU of the hospital on last Saturday after complaining complained of pain in his chest.
All his check-ups and tests, carried out by the doctors during the past three days, found him absolutely normal.
The CBI feels he was trying to evade interrogation under the pretext of his health condition.
According to sources, now there is a move by the CBI to grill Mahipal and his wife Leela Maderna jointly by Sunday or latest by Monday. However, CBI additional director Salim Ali, who was sent to Jodhpur for the purpose on Friday night, remained busy with consulting the agency team members throughout the day to work out the next move
