CM releases Sanskrit books on Indira, Rajiv
Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dik**** on Monday released a diary- 2012, calendar and Sanskrit books on the life of former Prime Ministers Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi and an eminent freedom fighter and former Home Minister Uma Shankar Dik**** and a renowned Sanskrit Scholar Dr Girdhari Lal Goswami.
Dik**** released a few other books brought out by Delhi Sanskrit Academy in a function organised at Delhi Secretariat. Delhi Industries and Labour Minister Ramakant Goswami and former chancellor Dr Sampurna Nand Sanskrit University, Dr Ram Karan Sharma and other reputed persons were present on this occasion. Speaking on this occasion, Dik**** described Sanskrit language as the mother of all languages. She further stated that Sanskrit is the only language in the world which is purely scientific. She also commended various activities of Delhi Sanskrit Academy especially for the first time staging Sanskrit Dramas, according to a Delhi Government Press release.
