Three killed in bike-truck crash
Three persons in the age group of 25 to 30 years were killed in a road accident on Hoshangabad road under Misrod police station area on Sunday night. The police have seized a truck which was involved in the incident and launched a hunt for its driver who fled away from the scene. According to police, the victims were on a motorcycle and where hit by a truck laden with sand (MP 04-K-5641) head-on while they were en route to their homes in Mandideep. All the three died on the spot. The victims have been identified as- Naresh (30), Raja Majhi (25) and Karan Singh (25). Police have registered a case under section 304 (A) of the IPC.
