2G case: CBI summons at Khaitan’s residence
CBI officials on Wednesday pasted court summons at the residence of Loop Telecom promoters I P Khaitan and his wife Kiran seeking their presence before it in the 2G spectrum allocation case. The agency will undertake a similar exercise tomorrow when the summons will be served to the then vice-chairman Essar Group Ravi Ruia and promoter of Essar Group of Companies Anshuman Ruia at their Walkeshwar Road residence in Mumbai, CBI sources said.
