Banks should provide loans at lower interest rates to farmers:CM
Kerala Chief minister, V S Achuthanandan, today urged banks to provide loans to farmers at lower rates of interest to increase food production.
Speaking at a function here to launch the 'Go Green' initiatives of the Kerala based Catholic Syrian Bank' (CSB), he said the bank should take the lead in providing all help to the agriculture sector in the state.
