Kozhikode, Oct 29 : Bangalore-based Plama Developers would launch its ultramodern luxury apartment project in Kozhikode City of Kerala tomorrow.
Talking to newspersons here last night, Managing Director P M A Razak and Marketing Manager Harish Nagaraja said work on ‘Plama Fortune,’ the 45-apartment building at busy Mavoor Road, was expected to be completed in a year.
They said 40 per cent of the 1,2,3 and 4-bedroom apartments in the seven-star 'Plama Fortune,' carrying a price tag from Rs 80 lakh to Rs 1.35 crore, had already been sold pre-launch.
The prestigious project offered high-end specifications, including 100 per cent power supply back up, roof top swimming pool,air-conditioned club house, wooden flooring and wooden door frames,high-speed automatic elevators, reticulated gas connections, adequate parking facility and play areas.
Film Star Bharat Suresh Gopi, among others, would grace the launch here tomorrow.
The firm also proposed to come up with similar projects in Thrissur and Chennai soon, they added.
