The Telugu remake of Malayalam's greatest hit film 'Classmates' is growing at a very fast pace.
The Malayalam film was about a group of college students who reunite after about ten years only to find that the mystery behind a tragic incident that happened in the past still haunts them. One of their close friends, who also was the only child of his professors parents, dies under mysterious circumstances while in college. It was always his desire to bring all his friends back together in a reunion.
His parents decide to fulfill the desire and organize the get-together party.
The Telugu version of the film stars Sumanth, Kamlini Mukherjee, Sadha, Sunil and others. Two song sequences were completed recently. Most of the film happens at a college campus. Koti Women's College is the main venue. In all probabilities, the film will hit the theatres in April this year.
