'Guru', the Aishwarya Rai-Abhishek Bachchan starrer, was released around the world yesterday. The film has drawn positive review from critics as far as performances of lead actors are concerned.
But suddenly rumors are on that Aishwarya Rai might soon quit films. This seems to be a natural extension of previous rumors that she is getting ready to marry Abhishek Bachchan in February this year.
Aishwarya Rai however hasn't done anything yet that lends credibility to these rumors. She still is accepting new offers and hasn't quit any of the films that she had signed before. In fact, for the first time, a film with her in the lead role had become an undisputed hit at the box office. 'Dhoom 2', with her as the main heroine, was the biggest box office hit of 2006.
And, in 'Guru', critics are raving about her very natural performance.
