His 'Smart City' has become a huge hit. He has repaired his friendship with director Shaji Kailas. The director himself is fresh from the stupendous blockbuster 'Baba Kalyani' with Mohanlal. Now, Suresh Gopi and Shaji Kailas are reuniting for 'Time', their new film.
This time around, Suresh Gopi has two heroines. Padhmapriya is the main heroine. Ms India Australia, Vimala Raman makes her debut in Malayalam as the second heroine of this film. A while ago, she made her debut as the heroine of director K Balachander's recent release 'Poi'. The film flopped miserably.
For some strange reasons, even before the film got released, rumors were on that all the young heroes in Tamil had made their minds up about not acting with her! She became a victim of ?unlucky heroine? title.
We hope she has better luck in Malayalam.
