Actress moves court against hair oil ad

After Mohanlal's controversial endorsement deal, here is yet another celebrity endorsement that hit the headlines in Kerala, but this one is of a different kind. Kavya Madhavan has approached the court to prevent a hair oil manufacturer from using her image in their promos.



Kavya has registered a case with Ernakulam magistrate to mete out action against the cosmetics manufacturer. She stated in the petition that her images have been extensively used for the promotion of the hair oil without her permission. She sought redressal in this issue, as there was no response from the company for her mails in this regard.

The case was taken into consideration and the court has ordered for a police enquiry.
