Ever since she accepted an offer to star in director Selvaraghavan's new film, Sandhya is plagued by a strange rumor. There are talks that she is appearing in a semi-nude scene in the film.
Sandhya declared that the rumors are baseless. "The director knows the kind of image that I have. He wouldn't take such a risk with it," she believes.
About glamour, she has some interesting observations.
"There are many who had asked me if I'd fit glamorous and titillating roles. You don't even have to ask such questions. I don't suit such roles. There is nothing wrong in enjoying glamour. I grew up in Chennai and had watched many films and had even appreciated good and decent glamour. The kind of glamour that I do won't make you flinch. You could also be glamorous even when you are decently dressed.
"In the film with director Selvaraghavan, you'll see me in exactly that kind of glamour," she promises.
