Shobana isn't the kind that would want to hide something as consequential as marriage but there are rumors that the trained Bharatnatyam dancer had got secretly married to a New Delhi-based man.
The person in question too happens to be a dancer. According to rumors, he works as a consultant with a private concern. He is a married man with two kids. His wife happens to be a doctor.
When asked about these rumors, Shobana vehemently denied them. She said, "I haven't got married to anybody. Fact is- I don't have time to get married. My dance school and my work schedule keep me busy. I have completely dedicated my life for dance and my school. I don't think I'd want to attempt something like a secret marriage now."
It isn't unusual for actresses to get married to an already-married man. Sridevi did it. Hema Malini did it before her.
