The film starred Jyothika, Prithviraj, Swarnamalya and Prakashraj in the lead roles. You might remember Swarnamalya as the actress who had got herself into big trouble when the Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam controversies made headlines. She had got married to a US-based software engineer, but the marriage ended in a divorce.
Though Jyothika simply left the viewers spellbound with her performance in the film, the audience also couldn't help but notice Swarnamalya. She had lost lot of weight and looked strikingly good and also had an incredible onscreen presence.
Prakashraj was so impressed by her performance in the film that he has made his mind up about giving her roles in all his future films!
