Meera Jasmine is never willing to get glamorous. She isn't your quintessential slim and gorgeous actress. But it is hard to get rid of her. After her hit film with Balakrishna, she is now going to star with Rajashekar in his new film.
The actress, until now, had been strictly against glamour, but she now has decided to get rid of her repulsion to it.
She says, "I have worked in many Tamil films now and I think I have some insight into the minds of the audience. That's why I don't have anything against doing glamorous roles.
"They want their heroines to be homely girls but when it comes to song sequences and romance scenes, they want them to look like divas. If you don't play along, you have no chance of surviving in the industry," she declares.
As part of the new enlightenment, she is getting more than just cozy with Bharat in his new film, especially in the song sequences.
