'Manichitrathaaz' and its various versions had always come to Vineeth's rescue whenever he or his career was in trouble. Yet again, the film is going to help him out of his present career stagnation.
In 'Manichitrathaaz', he played the role of poet Ramanathan. When the film was remade in Tamil, the poet became a classical dancer. As far as Vineeth is concerned, he could dance with both his eyes closed shut. Acting in the role was therefore not a problem for him.
The film is now being remade in Hindi as 'Bhool Bhoolayee'. Priyadarshan is directing it.
