There was an esteemed gathering last evening at 6.15pm at the AVM preview theatre. The Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, his wife Dayaluammal, companion Rajathi, politicians MK Stalin, Arcot Veerasamy, Durai Murugan and Pongalur Pazhanisamy were present.
They were greeted by 'Sivaji' producers AVM Saravanan and MS Guhan and director SP Muthuraman. The guests had come to see a special show of 'Sivaji.'
Rajinikanth, his wife Latha and daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya were also present. The film started around 6.30pm and ended at 10pm, after which the CM shook hands with the producers and Rajinikanth. He said the film had turned out extremely well that people could enjoy.
Since Shankar was out of the county with his family, he could not participate in the gathering.
